Where and How to Apply

Follow these simple steps:
Step 01

Log in to EIAC website using your username and password, or UAE Pass.

Step 02

Fill the application form and upload the documents

Step 03

Pay the application Fees

Step 04

Receive EIAC’s response (approval, rejection, or return for modifications) within 5 working days.

What is required

  1. 1) For new request, you need to submit electronic copies of the following:
  2. 2) Service request form.
  3. 3) Quality System (Quality Manual, Procedures, and relevant Guidelines) according to the appropriate standard for the type of activity.
  4. 4) Inspection List specific to the international standard and filled out by the operator.
  5. 5) Register of qualified technical and administrative personnel, including their names, qualifications, and experiences List of devices and equipment.
  6. 6) List of devices and equipment with documented calibration procedures or processes
  7. 7) For modified Permit or renewal Permit:
  8. 8) A copy of the issued Professional license.

Service Procedure

Step 01

Log in to EIAC website using your username and password, or UAE Pass.

Step 02

Fill the application form and upload the documents

Step 03

Accept the Terms & Conditions

Step 04

Pay the fees

Step 05

Review the application by EIAC

Step 06

Receive a comprehensive ‘Document Review Report’ within 10 working days

Step 07

Make the corrections, if any, and send it back to us (if requested) or confirm the correction within deadline specified.

Step 08

Receive the audit Schedule

Step 09

accept the schedule

Step 10

EIAC will conduct the audit visit

Step 11

Receive a complete assessment report (in case there is a non-conformity issued during the visit) within 3 working days

Step 12

Review all the findings (if any) then send the suggested corrective actions to the auditor, bearing in mind the maximum time for submission is all the findings within 10 working days from receiving the audit visit report

Step 13

close all the findings within 40 working days from accepting the proposed corrective action(s).

Step 14

EIAC will verify all the corrective actions that have been taken

Step 15

Receive the PDF Copy of the Work Permit

    After obtaining the Professional license, the conformity assessment body is prohibited from engaging in any of its activities until it receives the Work Activity Permit from the EIAC
