This three-day training course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, conduct, report, and follow up management system audits in accordance with the principles and guidelines of ISO 19011:2018.
The course covers audit principles, managing an audit programme, conducting audit activities, collecting objective evidence, evaluating audit findings, preparing audit reports, and following up corrective actions. Participants will also learn how to apply risk-based thinking and effective communication techniques during audit activities.
Practical exercises, role-play activities, and real-world audit scenarios are included throughout the course to help participants develop effective auditing skills.
